Rules
1. Usage Time:
1.1. The playroom is available to guests for 3 hours.
1.2. You may set up the room 15 minutes before the event begins.
1.3. Extension of the rental is only possible by prior arrangement with the administration, if there are no subsequent bookings.
2. Responsibility:
2.1. The client is fully responsible for the safety of the playroom’s property.
2.2. All damage to property will be compensated by the client in full.
2.3. The client is responsible for the safety of all children present. Adults must supervise children at all times.
2.4. The playroom is not responsible for the safety of children attending the event.
3. Rules of Conduct:
3.1. Please keep the playroom clean and tidy.
3.2. Handle toys with care.
3.3. The following are strictly prohibited:
— Smoking and alcohol consumption.
— Bringing food, drinks, chewing gum, and sweets into the play area.
— Use of pyrotechnics (fireworks, party poppers, smoke bombs, etc.). In case of violation, the client will be charged a fine for a false fire alarm call.
3.4. At the end of the event:
— Return all balls to the ball pool.
— Put all toys back in their places.
— All dishes used in the playroom kitchen must be washed and put away.
— Collect all rubbish, disposable tableware, and food leftovers into rubbish bags.
4. Penalties:
4.1. If the room is not vacated on time, the client will be charged a fee of €15 for every 15 minutes of delay.
4.2. Violation of the rules may result in additional penalty charges.
5. Safety:
5.1. The playroom meets all safety requirements. However, responsibility for the safety of children during the event lies solely with the client and accompanying adults.
6. Other:
6.1. The administration is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
6.2. By booking the playroom, the client automatically agrees to these rules and is obliged to follow them.
6.3. Familiarisation with the rules is mandatory. Compliance with them guarantees a comfortable and safe celebration.
